製品概要

このバルブ付き袋は、押圧ポンプヘッドと自立袋本体を組み合わせたものです。棚に並べても形状を保ち、何度もxsl，轻松して使用できます。本体は三方または四方のシール加工を施した熱圧構造で、平らで丈夫な接合部になっています。バルブ開口部をポンプ仕様に合わせているため、液体が滑らかに流れ出し、使用後は再び密にシールされます。これにより漏液や酸化を抑えており、液体洗剤、除菌液、ハンドゲルには一般的な包装形式です。

pouchはPET/PE、PA/PEまたはPET/AL/PEのラミネートフィルムから製作し、バリア層と厚みは充填内容に応じて調整できます。外層には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施せるため、美観なアートワーク、安定した色再現、細かな文字や階調も Departmentsautomationできます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋タイプ、ポンプヘッド、スパウトを組み合わせて受注生産できます。連続充填ライン向けに、同じ材質の対応ロールフィルムもご用意しています。

これらの袋は、手洗い液、アルコール除菌液、ハンドゲル、シャンプー、ローションなど、パーソナルケア、衛生・消毒関連製品で広く使用されています。カスタム案件では、サンプルまたは印刷用データをお送りいただければ、製品および充填方法に合わせて、材質、構造、印刷条件を確認します。工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個です。サンプルが承認された後は、合意したマイルストーンに沿って生産および納入を予定します。
