製品概要
この自己シール式ジッパーポーチは、自立袋のフォーマットを採用しています。幅を広げた底部のガセットが自立状態を保ち、本体は三面シール構造で、上面を横切る再利用可能な押圧閉鎖式ジッパーを備えています。引き切って開き、必要な分だけ取り出してから、もう一度押して閉じます。スパウトやバルブは不要です。透明で丈夫なフィルムは、棚に内容を美观に見せ、保管時も積み重ねやすく、複数回に分けて開封して使用する乾燥物または液体商品に適しています。
内容物に応じて素材を組み合わせ、一般的にはPET/PE、NY/PEまたはPET/AL/PEのラミネート材が採用されます。透明性、バリア性能および耐穿刺強度のバランスをとっています。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、鮮明なアートワークと安定した色再現を実現します。全面に広がる背景、透明窓、マット仕上げもすべて対応可能です。標準サイズは100ml～5Lで、袋の幅、高さ、ジッパー位置および底部ガセットはお客様の図面に合わせて調整できます。同じ素材のロールフィルムも自動充填ライン向けに供給できます。
これらの袋は、クッキー、ナッツ、ドライフルーツ、キャンディに広く使用されているほか、液体や水などのサンプル、パーソナルケアや農業化学品のサンプルパックにも使用されます。Cathedralプロセスは、ALAのサンプルまたは印刷用データから始まり、素材構成と印刷レイアウトを確認したうえで、校正が承認された後に量産します。広東省東莞市の当工場では、クラス10000のクリーン工場を運営し、食品グレードおよびファインケミカルの包装に対応しています。最小ロットは10,000個から対応しており、予定どおりの納期を守って納品します。
