製品概要
これらの自己密封式ジッパーポーチは、繰り返し閉じられる上部開口部を備え、ポーチ本体は三面シールまたは背面シール構造により、丈夫で清潔なシール部而成しています。閉鎖部は標準的な押圧式ジッパーまたはスライダー式ジッパーで、ご要望に応じて選択でき、袋は容易に開いて繰り返し補充できます。このスタイルは乾燥食品の保管向けに設計されており、スパウトやバルブは装着されていません。白色半透明フィルムは、ある程度のプライバシーを確保しながら利用者が内容を確認できるようにしており、フラット、自立袋、ハングホール、ハンドル付きのスタイルを用意しています。
袋は通常、PE、PETラミネートフィルム、CPEまたはPPで製造され、厚さと硬さは内部の製品に合わせて選択されます。一般的な厚みは約0.05mm～0.15mmで、サイズと容量はご要望に応じて調整できます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応しており、鮮明で明瞭なブランドグラフィック、テキスト、バーコード的表达が可能です。また、白半透明のままでも製造できます。自動包装ライン向けの同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。
