製品概要

この自立袋はガセットを備えた底部構造のため、注入後は棚上で自立します。上部には再密封式のジッパーが付 있으며、前面または肩部にはねじ式キャップを備えたマッシュルームヘッド型のスパウトが配置され、直接SIPできます。縁は熱シール処理により強化されており、取扱中の開裂を防ぎます。外出先でお子さんが飲みやすい実用的な包装であり、ジッパーにより家族はいつでも何度でも開閉できます。

本体はPET、NY、AL、PEなどのフィルムをラミネート加工し、製品の必要なバリア性能と剛性に合わせて、透明、メタライズ、フォイルの構成を選択できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、細かな表現と安定した位置合わせを実現し、マット、グロス、テクスチャーの仕上げも選択できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの幅、高さ、スパウト径、ジッパーの位置は図面に基づいて調整できます。同一素材で仕様を合わせたロールフィルムも、自動充填ライン向けに供給できます。

これらのスパウト付きジッパーポーチは、子供向けゼリー、ジュース、ピューレ、ヨーグルト、ジャム、ソースに適しており、パーソナルケア製品の少量の液体詰め替え用にも使用できます。カスタム製作プロセスは分泌です。サンプルまたは印刷原稿をお送りいただき、構造、材質、印刷ファイルを確認した後、量産前に確認用の校正刷りを作成してご承認をいただきます。当社の工場は広東省東莞市にあり、クラス10,000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、合意したスケジュールに沿って確実に納品します。
