製品概要

この自立ジッパーポーチは、繰り返しの開閉に対応できるよう、3面シール構造と底部の折り込みガセットを備え、空の状態でも棚上に自立します。上部の横幅には押圧閉じ式ジッパーが設置され、シール部には必要に応じて引き裂きノッチ、吊り穴、四隅丸型の加工を施せます。ジッパーはこの形式の主な閉鎖方式です。液体または半液体の充填用には、同じ印刷デザインを用いた対応するスパウト付きポーチとバッグ-in・ボックスタイプもご用意できます。

袋は通常PET/PE、PET/AL/PEまたはPET/VMPET/PEの構成でラミネート加工され、バリア、穿刺耐性および剛性のバランスをとるためにPA層やRCPP層も使用可能です。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行われ、ベタ色、グラデーション、マット仕上げまたはグロス仕上げに対応し、生産ロット全体で一貫した色を実現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、幅、高さおよび底部ガセットは受注製作に対応しています。自動パッキングライン向けの同一材質のロールフィルムも供給可能です。

代表的な用途としては、ナッツやローストスナック、ペットスナック、茶とコーヒー、キャンディやベーカリー製品、パーソナルケア用品や家庭用化学製品、金物製品や電子機器用アクセサリーなどが挙げられます。カスタム制作の流れはシンプルで、サンプルまたは印刷用データをお送りいただき、素材と寸法を確認/sampleまたは印刷版を承認して、その後、量産および出荷に進みます。

当社工場は広東省東莞を背景に、10,000級のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、ロールフィルムも併せて供給されます。
