製品概要

この再密封可能なジッパーポーチは、主に自立袋を基本構造としており、棚上で安定して自立し、段ボール箱にきちんとは;gt. 袋本体には三面シールまたはガセットシールを採用し、上部にはシングルトラックまたはダブルトラックのジッパーを装备しています。ジッパーはなめらかに開閉でき、繰り返し使用できます。初回開封のために、引き裂き用ノッチやイージーオープンラインを追加することもできます。標準構造にはスパウトやバルブを設けていないため、乾燥物に適しています。ソースや液体には、代わりにスパウト付きポーチまたはバッグ-in・ボックスシリーズをおすすめします。

ポーチ本体には通常、食品グレードのラミネートフィルム（PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、PET/VMPET/PE）を使用し、充填内容と保存期間のニーズに合わせて選択します。内層は内容物との熱シール層として機能します。印刷は1～8色対応のグラビア印刷機で行い、版下、色、透明エリア、版の位置はお客様のサンプルや図面に合わせることができます。確認用にデジタル3D校正刷りもご用意できます。サイズは約100gパックから5kgまでで、幅、長さ、底部ガセット、ジッパーの位置はご相談可能です。ポーチ本体と同じ素材のロールフィルムも併せて供給できます。
