製品概要

この自己シール式ジッパーポーチは、キャンディ、ナッツなどの小型の固形スナックの小分け包装Designed。ポーチは三面シールで形成され、底部を折り込んだ自立袋構造により、棚の上で自立できます。上部のシングルまたはダブルトラックジッパーにより繰り返し開閉でき、切り取りノッチ、ハングホール、脱気バルブはご要望に応じて追加できます。スパウトは装着されていないため、乾燥物や油分の少ない製品に適しています。

PET/PEおよびPET/AL/PEのラミネート材が一般的で、食品グレードの熱シール層を内層に採用し、バリア性能とシール強度のバランスを実現しています。フィルムの厚さや構造は内容物に応じて調整できます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、細部の再現性と安定した色合わせを実現します。マット仕上げ、光沢仕上げ、全面被覆仕上げから選択できます。対応容量は50g～2kgで、袋の幅、長さ、ジッパー位置、コーナー形状は図面に合わせて製造できます。袋と同材質のロールフィルムも供給できます。

主な用途としては、キャンディ、ナッツ、干物、膨化スナック、ペット用おやつ、小型の家庭用品などが挙げられます。カスタム生産の手順も簡単です。サンプルまたは印刷原稿をお送りいただき、構造と材質を確認し、校正刷を承認いただき、その後、量産生産に移ります。当工場は広東省東莞にあり、フィルムの吹成、ラミネーション、印刷、袋製造をすべて同一屋根の下で行う10,000クラスのクリーン工場です。最小ロットは10,000
