製品概要

アルミ蒸着箔の台形袋は、コーティング、塗料および硬化剤向けに設計されています。上部が狭く下部が広い先細り形状により、袋は自立し、積み重ねやすくなります。三方シールまたは四方シール、容量と強度を高めるための底部ガセット（オプション）、漏れの低減に役立つ清潔で緊密なシール端部を備えています。充填・排出方法に応じて、通常のオープントップ、ねじ式スパウト、または液量をコントロールして注ぐためのバルブARTAを追加できます。

PET、NY、PEラミネートとアルミニウム箔またはメタライズフィルムを組み合わせた構造とし、光、酸素、湿気に対するバリア性能と柔軟性のバランスに優れています。においおよび固化に影響されやすい塗料と硬化剤に適しています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で、細かな表現と安定した色再現性を備え、マット、グロスまたはスポットワーニッシュ仕上げに対応しています。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、袋の幅、高さ、ガセット、スパウト径は、図面に基づいて調整できます。対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
