製品概要
アイスゲル、冷凍パックおよびクーラーバッグ用インサート向けに設計された、このアルミニウム箔／メタライズ加工フォイルポーチは、三方シール、四方シール、自立袋（ジッパーポーチ）の3タイプがあります。袋本体は、氷結晶粉または高吸水樹脂を充填すると、形状を維持しやすくなります。開口スタイルは、フラットトップ、ジッパー、スパウト、一方通行バルブから選べます。幅広の熱シール部と丸みを帯びたコーナーを備えているため、落下衝撃や低温下でもひび割れにくく、ピクニックバッグや保冷配送ボックスにぴったり収まります。
構造は、アルミニウム箔またはメタライズドPETにPEまたはCPPのシール層をラミネートして構成され、フィルム重量と層数は、防湿バリア、遮光性、耐寒性に応じて調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、全面背景、スポットカラー、マットまたはグロス仕上げに対応しています。ポーチのサイズ、容量、厚さ、シール幅は図面に基づいて製作され、一般的な容量は100ml～5Lです。同一構造のロールフィルムも入手可能です。
