このスパウト付き自立袋は、建設用接着剤、塗料、印刷インキなどの液体製品向けに設計されています。袋は3面または4面のシール端部とガセット底を備え、充填後に自立し、棚に整然と積み重ねられます。上面にはねじ式キャップまたはフリップトップ式スパウトが搭載され、なめらかで再現性よく排出でき、滴下や残留を削減します。内部プラグまたはバルブはご要望に応じて追加できます。シール幅、コーナー半径、引裂きノッチは、充填設備と最終ユーザーの使用習慣に合わせて調整可能です。

ラミネートは、アルミ箔またはメタライズドフィルムをPET、ナイロンおよびPE層と組み合わせることで、溶剤ベースまたは油ベースの配合物におけるバリア性能と耐腐食性のバランスを図れます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、鮮明なグラフィックと安定した色再現性を実現します。マット、グロスまたはスポットバーニッシュ仕上げも選択できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径およびフィルム厚は、お客様のサンプルまたは図面に基づいてカスタマイズできます。
