製品概要

このアルミ箔／メタライズ袋は、水性インキと染料の小容量フレキシブル包装向けに設計されています。標準仕様は三面シールポーチで、提供されたサンプルの形状に合わせて製作することもできます。溶剤耐性のある内容物に適した、清浄で強固なシールを備えています。充填ラインに応じて、ポーチにはスパウト、バルブ、または引き裂きノッチを取り付けることができ、スパウトの位置と径は調整可能です。同構造のロールフィルムも自動式フォーム・フィル・シール機向けに用意があります。

構造はアルミニウム箔またはメタライズ加工ラミネートフィルムを基盤とし、充填内容物に適した外側の印刷層、中央のバリア層、内側の熱シール層を組み合わせています。耐溶剤性の内層は、シール部におけるインクや染料による侵食を抑えるのに役立ちます。印刷は1～8色グラビア印刷を使用し、印刷原稿またはサンプルに基づく色合わせに対応します。また、マット仕上げ、全面塗り、スポットバーニッシュなどの仕様も選べます。一般的な容量は100mL～5Lで、袋の寸法、スパウト径、シール幅は、充填量と包装ラインに合わせて決定します。

水系インキ、水系染料、顔料ペースト、化学添加剤などを小～中量で包装する用途が代表的です。カスタム工程は、製品と容量の確認から始まり、サンプルや図面、スケッチの提示を受け、袋の構造と印刷案を提案した後、校正確認を経て生産に移ります。当社の工場は広東省東莞市にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場、内制のグラビア印刷と袋製造を備え、最小ロットは10,000個です。確定済みスケジュールに沿って納品します。
