製品概要
この自立袋は、ciliジュース濃縮液などの液体製品向けに設計されています。幅広にした底部ガセットにより、充填済みの袋を直立させ、棚上で強い存在感を実現します。一方、幅広の熱シール部は、落下や圧迫があっても平らで丈夫に保たれます。上部にはスイッチ式のスクリューキャップを備えたスパウトがあり、消費者は容易に開け、円滑に注ぎ、使用の合間に再び閉じることができます。その他のスパウトやバルブの選択肢も、充填ラインに合わせて対応できます。
この構造は、アルミ箔を食品グレードのフィルムとラミネート加工し、酸素、水分、光に対する高バリアを形成します。酸化を遅らせ、風味と色を保護します。アウターレイヤーは1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応でき、鮮明なディテールと安定した色調を実現します。全面デザイン、マット仕上げ、窓デザインに対応可能です。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、連続充填用の-rollフィルムもchel?
