製品概要
このスパウト付き自立袋は、信頼性の高いバリア保護が必要な液体製品向けに設計されています。ガセット底によりポーチは棚上で安定して自立し、三方シールまたは四方シールの構造を選べます。顶部にはスクリューキャップまたはダイレクトドリンク用スパウトを備え、バルブや改ざん防止キャップも要望に応じて選択できます。幅の広いサイドシールと強化されたスパウト溶着部により、袋は充填、積み上げ、繰返しの取り扱いにも漏液せず耐えます。
アルミ箔またはメタライズフィルムとPET、NY、PE各層を多層ラミネートで組み合わせることで、酸素や湿気から内容物を守り、光遮断性と高バリア性を備えた構造を実現します。層構成は充填する製品に応じて調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明な細部と安定した色再現が得られ、マット、グロス、触感のある表面仕上げも選べます。一般的な容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径、スパウト位置をカスタマイズでき、対応するロールフィルムも_DP
