製品概要
このアルミ箔製・メタライズ加工のスパウト付き自立袋は、店頭での訴求力と高いシール信頼性を必要とする液体製品向けに設計されています。自立袋タイプと平底タイプを用意しており、クリーンで強度の高い四辺シールを備え、充填中も袋本体がしっかりと自立します。スパウトはストレート型、角度付き型、キャップ付きのいずれかを選ぶことができ、充填方法に応じて一方バルブを装着できます。スパウトとポーチの接合部シールは幅を広げ、強度を増して、充填、キャップ装着および輸送に対応しています。
素材として、アルミ箔とメタライズラミネートをPE、PET、NYフィルムと組み合わせ、バリア層とシール層を形成し、優れた遮光性と耐穿刺性を実現しています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、透明窓や全面デザインのどちらも可能で、ロット間でも安定した色再現性を確保します。主な容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径、フィルム厚さは図面に合わせて調整可能です。同一構造のロールフィルムも入库しています。
これらのポーチは、家畜の精液、ジュースや飲料、ソースや調味料、ホームケア用液体、および光や湿気からの保護が必要な粉体やペーストに適しています。カスタム製作については、サンプルまたはアートワークをお送りください。構造、素材、印刷を確認したうえで、量産前に承認用の校正品を制作します。工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場とグラビア印刷ラインを備えています。最小ロットは10,000個です。
