製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、ペーストや液体の充填・注入，设计しています。一体型のキャリーハンドルまたはサイドハンドルにより、現場での持ち上げや注入がより容易になります。また、ガセット底を採用しており、充填した袋を自立させて棚に並べ、表示できます。スパウトは通常、スクリュー式ノズルで、ダストキャップまたはフリップトップ仕様です。幅広な熱シール構造を側面と底面に採用し、滑らかで連続した表面を形成することで、充填後のひび割れや漏れを抑えます。パテペーストや壁補修用コンパウンドなど、粘度の高い製品に適しています。

袋は通常、アルミ箔またはメタライズ加工ラミネートフィルムから製造され、PET/アルミ箔/PEやPET/メタライズPET/PEなどの一般的な構造が用いられます。バリア層と内部シール層は、充填物に合わせて調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で施され、サンプルまたは原案に基づくカスタマイズに対応し、ブランドカラー、グラデーション、細かな文字を忠実に再現します。標準充填量は500g～5kgで、袋寸法とスパウトサイズをおお客様の充填ラインに合わせて対応できます。同一構造のロールフィルムも供給可能です。
