製品概要

この台形自立袋は、底部を折り込んだガセットを備えており、充填、保管、店頭展示時に袋を自立させる構造です。袋の形状は三面シール、四面シール、または特定の充填装置に合わせたカスタム台形形状で生産できます。上部にはスパウト、バルブ、ねじキャップ、ジッパーを装着でき、シール幅やエンボスパターンは調整可能です。この構造は剛性と高いシール性のバランスを備えており、重量のあるペーストや液体に適しています。サンプルおよび版下（アートワーク）の開発も可能です。

pouch本体はアルミニウム箔にPET、ナイロン、PEフィルムを組み合わせたラミネート構造です。箔層がバリア性能と遮光性能を発揮する一方、内側のシール層は高いヒートシール強度を実現します。内容物に応じて、メタライズドフィルムや純箔構造での生産にも対応します。表面には細部を忠実に再現する1〜8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、さらにマット、グロス、スポットワーニッシュ仕上げに対応します。標準容量は100mlから5Lまでで、袋の幅、高さ、底部ガセット、スパウト径は図面どおりに製造します。自動充填ライン用のラミネートロールフィルムもご用意しています。

これらの袋は、硬化剤、水性ポリウレタンモルタル、タイル目地剤、防水塗料、液体添加剤などに広く使用されています。カスタマイズの手順は簡単です。サンプルまたは版下をお送りいただければ、構造と印刷色を確定し、本生産の前に校正刷りを作成してご確認いただきます。当社は広東省東莞市に工場を置き、10,000クラスのクリーン工場を備えています。グラビア印刷、ラミネート加工、袋製造はすべて自社で一貫して対応しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、サンプルや図面に基づく特注製作にも対応し、生産は合意したマイルストーンに沿って進めます。
