充填内容に応じて構造が選択され、PET/メタライズドフィルム/PE、PET/アルミ箔/PE、PET/VMPET/PEのラミネートが一般的な構成です。酸素・光に対するバリア性と耐薬品性を備え、粉末洗剤の場合は内層を厚くします。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、くっきりしたディテールと鮮やかな発色を実現します。マット仕上げ、グロス仕上げ、スポットバーニッシュ仕上げが選択可能です。袋の幅、高さ、スパウト径、ロールフィルム幅のいずれも、アートワークに合わせてカスタムサイズにできます。容量は100ml～5Lです。量産前にサンプル試験を行うことを推奨します。

主な用途には、洗濯用液体洗剤、洗濯用粉末洗剤、洗剤ポッド、柔軟剤、消毒剤、手洗い用液体洗剤、およびソース類や洗浄液などが挙げられます。カスタマイズ工程は.REQUIREMENT: 要望を協議し、袋の形式と素材を確認し、サンプルを承認した後、グラビア印刷と製袋に進み、最終検査を行います。工場は広東省東莞locatedし、クラス10000のクリーン工場と、社内のグラビア印刷・ラミネート加工・製袋ラインを備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、同じ素材に対応��ロールフィルムもご用意可能です。
