製品概要

この10Lスパウト付き自立袋は、茶抽出機、水ディスペンサー、大容量液体のフォーマット向けに設計されています。折り込み式の底部ガセットにより、充填した袋を自立させ、倒れにくくしています。強度を確保するため四辺シールを幅広にし、扱いやすいよう角を丸くしています。上部パネルは、ホースやポンプを接続するためのチューブ型スパウトを備えたキャリーハンドル付き仕様にするか、充填ラインや最終用途に合わせて、一方バルブまたはスクリューキャップ付きスパウトを組み付けることができます。

袋は通常、PET／アルミ箔／PEやPET／メタライズドフィルム／PEなどのアルミ箔ラミネートフィルムから製造され、柔軟性を保ちながら光や酸素を遮断するため、飲料水、淹れたお茶、低～中粘度液体に適しています。外層には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施すことができ、ブランドカラー、グラデーション、精密な線画を再現できます。マット、グロス、スポット表現にも対応可能です。1L～10Lの容量を製造でき、ポーチ形状、スパウト径、ハンドル種類、対応するロールフィルムはすべて受注生産に対応しています。

主な用途としては、茶抽出器用の水袋、水ディスペンサー用ライナー、瓶詰ミネラルウォーターおよびスプリングウォーター、濃縮液、液体調味料が挙げられます。カスタム化のため、サンプルまたは図面をお送りください。材料構成、寸法および印刷アートワークを確認した後、量産生産前に承認用サンプルを作成します。製造は、当社の東莞工場内のクラス10000クリーン工場で行われます。最小ロットは10,000個です。同一材料のロールフィルムも供給可能であり、納期は確定したスケジュールに従います。
