製品概要

アルミホイル製スパウト付き自立袋は、自動車用ケア液体向けに設計されています。本体は棚上で自立し、充填方法に応じて三方シールまたは四方シールのエッジと、ガセットを備えた底部を採用します。スパウトはスクリューキャップ式またはワンウェイバルブ式を選べ、なめらかな注ぎと高い漏れ防止性能を確保します。吊り穴やハンドルを付けることで、店舗での陳列や小売向けの小型サイズへの包装が容易になります。

多くのポーチには、PET/AL/PE、PET/VMPET/PE、NY/AL/PEなどのアルミホイルラミネートが採用されます。内容物の配合に合わせてバリア層とシール層を調整し、遮光性、酸化耐性および薬品耐性のバランスを取ります。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、ベタ地、グラデーション、微細な文字に対応しながら、版の位置合わせと色の再現性が安定しています。容量は100mL～5Lで、ポーチ幅、スパウト径、フィルム厚はすべてカスタムサイズに対応します。同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意できます。

主な用途は、カーシャンプー、ウォッシャー液、不凍液、タイヤケア液、エンジンルームクリーナーです。同じポーチは、家庭用化学製品、農業用化学製品、工業用添加剤にも適しています。進め方は次のとおりです。サンプル、アートワークまたは寸法仕様をお送りいただければ、ポーチの形式と素材を確定し、図面と現物サンプルを作成して承認をいただいた後、量産生産を行います。当社の工場は広東省東莞市に位置し、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、サンプルおよびアートワークを基にしたカスタマイズに対応しています。
