製品概要
このアルミニウム箔とメタライズ加工相结合的スパウト付きポーチは、水素富含有水や水素水など、強いガスバリア性能が必要な液体向けです。自立袋は底部のガセットが幅広で、充填後にもしっかり自立します。スパウトには食品グレードのノズルとスクリューキャップが装着されており、ご要望に応じてバルブや直飲み用スパウトに変更できます。幅広の熱シール部によりシールを平らで丈夫に保ち、角を丸くまたは面取りすることで輸送中の破損を抑えます。
ポーチはアルミニウム箔とメタライズ加工ラミネートフィルムを組み合わせ、食品グレードの内層を設けた構造です。中間のバリア層は水素などの小分子の流出を抑えるだけでなく、光や湿気も遮断します。外側はマットまたはグロス仕上げが可能で、1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明で位置ずれが少なく退色に強い印刷データを実現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋サイズ、スパウト径、フィルム厚はすべて調整可能です。対応するロールフィルムもご用意しています。
主な用途には水素富含有水、水素水、機能性飲料、濃縮液、一部の家庭用液体製品が含まれます。プロセスは簡単 です。サンプル袋またはデザイン原稿をお送りいただければ、構造、印刷ファイル、仕様を確認したうえで、量産前に承認用のサンプルを製造します。当社工場は広東省東莞に位置し、クラス10000のクリーン工場でグラビア印刷と袋製造を自社で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、ブランドや調達チームに適しています。
