製品概要

大口径スパウト付きポーチは、ガセット付き底部と強化された四辺シールを備えた自立設計のため、棚に印第安栽でも形状を維持し、繰り返し使用しても変形しません。広口スパウトが上部に設けられており、ねじ式キャップまたは差込み式バルブを取り付けることで、-percent滑らかな注ぎと確実なシールを実現します。また、大口径神社により充填作業が速くなります。側面にプラスチックハンドルを付ける文章来源5Lサイズは搬运しやすく、ポーチは輸送および保管のために平らに折り畳めます。

ポーチは通常、PET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネートフィルムで製造され、充填内容と賞味期限の要件に応じて、バリア性能、穿刺強度および柔軟性のバランスを考えて素材が選定されます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、豊かな画像表現と安定した套色精度を実現し、クリア、マットまたはグロスの仕上げから選択できます。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、スパウト径、ハンドル形状および袋の寸法はすべてお客様の版下データに合わせて調整できます。同材質のロールフィルムもご用意可能です。
