このスパウト付きポーチは、液体洗剤やパーソナルケア製品向けに設計されています。自立袋タイプと平底タイプがあり、丈夫な四辺シールと、袋を棚上で自立させる折りたたみ底を備えています。上部にはスクリューキャップ、フリップトップスパウト、または漏れ防止バルブを取り付けられ、液体をなめらかに注ぎながら片手で注ぎ量を調節できます。スパウトはポーチ本体に熱シールされ、強固な接合部を実現します。また、繰り返し開閉しても、閉鎖部は高いシール性能を維持します。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET、NY、AL、PEのフィルムをラミネート加工して製造します。内容物に合わせて構造と厚みを調整でき、酸・アルカリ性液体に対する耐性を高めます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、くっきりとした画像レイヤーと安定した色調を実現します。全面ブリードの背景、スポットカラー、局所的なマット仕上げにも対応しています。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、スパウト径、ポーチサイズ、シール幅は、ご社の充填ラインや棚の要件に合わせて個別調整できます。同じ素材の対応ロールフィルムもご用意できます。
