このスパウト付き自立袋は、日用化学製品の液体や粉体を補充包装するために設計されています。ガセット底は充填した袋が棚上で安定して立つようにし、上部のスパウトにねじ式キャップを配备することで、繰り返し開封、注液、再シールが可能です。充填・注出ニーズに応じて、ストレート、角度付き、バルブ付きのスパウトを選べます。熱シールされた側面と底面のシールにより、ポーチは整った状態を保ち、丈夫に密封されます。また、耐酸・耐アルカリ性のラミネートフィルムは、洗剤や柔軟剤の用途で漏れの削減に役立ちます。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PEなどのラミネートフィルム構造で製造され、厚みと硬さは内容物および充填方法に合わせて調整されます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、アートワーク、ブランド情報、使用説明を鮮明に再現できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lです。ポーチのサイズ、スパウト径、キャップの色はすべてカスタム可能です。同じ素材の対応するロールフィルムも自動生産ライン向けにご用意できます。
