製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、棚やカウンターに美观하게置けるヘアケア製品向けの液体やペースト$-$用です。本体は四方シールまたはピローシール構造で、折り込み底にすることで、部分的に充填された状態でも袋を安定して自立させます。ねじ込み式スパウトを上部に配置し、防開封キャップまたはフリップキャップを取り付けられるため、片手でスムーズに注ぎ出せます。スパウトは強化シールを用いて本体に熱溶着しており、漏れを減らし、繰り返し開閉できます。

ポーチはPET、NY、AL、PE層をラミネート加工して製造でき、内容物の配合に応じてバリア層とシール層を選定できるため、ヘア染料や縮毛剤に含まれる攻撃性のやや強いクリームや液体に対応します。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、均一な発色、安定した位置合わせ、マット、グロス、スポット効果などの表現が可能です。標準容量は100mL～2Lで、ポーチサイズ、スパウト径、チューブ位置は貴社の図面に基づいて調整できます。対応するロールフィルムもご用意しております。
