製品概要
このフリップトップ式スパウトポーチは、大容量の自立構造を備えています。無印刷のプレーンな袋本体は、棚上で自立できるよう底部に折り加工が施されています。フリップトップ式のスパウトは開閉が容易で、注ぎやすく、使用後の液だれも少なくなります。全周のシールは平たく丈夫で、スパウトとポーチの接合部は補強されているため、袋を絞ったり再充填したりしても丈夫に保たれます。
このポーチは主に乳白色PEのラミネートフィルムで構成されており、膜厚と内層は充填重量と内部の液体に合わせて選択できます。刚性と柔軟性のバランスを取ることができます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、大きなべた塗り部分や全面背景でも、細かな表現と均一な色再現性を維持します。標準サイズは100mL～5Lです。スパウトタイプ、袋の寸法、開口サイズはすべて調整可能で、ラベル貼り付け用の無印刷仕様も選べます。
主な用途は洗剤、洗濯用液体、柔軟剤、手洗い用液体洗剤、消毒液の詰替え用，此外、携帯用飲用水袋や屋外での水の貯蔵にも使われます。お客様のサンプルや印刷原稿を基にしたカスタマイズに対応しています。材料構造と印刷データが確定次第、試作および量産に進みます。当社の工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場として、グラビア印刷、ラミネート加工および製袋を自社で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個です。
