製品概要

この透明なスパウト付き自立袋は、液体包装向けに設計されています。袋本体は三面シールまたは四面シール構造で、シール部分は平坦かつ丈夫に形成され、倒れずにしっかりした形状を維持します。上部にはスパウトを熱溶着し、ねじ式キャップを取り付けています。プルリング式や改ざん防止式も選べます。スパウトの直径と長さを充填設備に合わせて調整でき、単層または二層のスパウト設計により、なめらかに注ぎ、ポーチを再度シールして繰り返し使用できます。

このラミネートはPET、NY、AL、PEなどの多層フィルムから構成され、製品に必要なバリア性、耐穿刺性、低温性能に応じて、透明、メタライズ、フォイルの各構造で供給できます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、安定した套色精度と豊かな発色に加え、マット、グロス、ウィンドウ効果も表現できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、フィルム幅、袋の長さ、スパウト位置はすべて調整可能で、同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。

主な用途には、ジュース、ジャム、ソース、醤油、食用油、洗剤、消毒剤などがあり、食品加工、レストランチェーン、ホームケア、産業用流通分野をカバーしています。

カスタム生産は、要件の協議からサンプルまたはアートワークの確認、レイアウト校正を経て量産まで、各ステップの承認を得て進みます。広東省東莞市の工場は、クラス10000のクリーン工場を稼働させ、グラビア印刷と製袋を内製しており、生産は10,000個から可能です。確認いただいた注文に基づいて生産スケジュールを設定します。
