製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、プラスチック顆粒や粉体原料の輸出包装向けに設計されています。袋は底部にガセットを付けた自立袋形式を採用しているため、棚に安定して立ち、段ボール箱に整然と積み重ねられます。3面シールまたは4面シールに対応し、継ぎ目は直線的で強固です。上部にはスクリューキャップ付きのスパウトがあり、バルブ付きスパウトやハンドルの追加は任意です。開口サイズは、原料の流動性に合わせて設定できます。

PET/PE、NY/PE、またはPET/AL/PEのラミネート材から選択でき、顆粒状原料、粉体、および一部の液体原料について、剛性、バリア性能、耐穿刺性のバランスを調整できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応し、鮮明な画像表現と安定した版位置合わせを実現します。マット、光沢、および選択された仕上げ効果が利用できます。標準容量は100g～5kgに対応し、袋幅、スパウト径、底部のガセットはサンプルやデザイン図案に合わせて調整できます。同一素材の対応するロールフィルムも供給可能です。

主な用途としては、プラスチック粒、化学粉末、飼料添加物、家庭用液体原料を小袋や輸出用カートンに包装があります。受注生産の場合は、まずサンプルやアートワークをお送りください。素材、構造、印刷ファイルを確認し、その後、量産前に承認をお願いするため、印刷版と校正刷りを作成します。工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10000のクリーン工場で、グラビア印刷、ラミネート、袋製造を内製しています。最小ロットは10,000個です。
