製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、2つの独立した袋を1つのパッケージに組み合わせた構造です。外袋と内袋はそれぞれ別々にシールして充填するため、内袋は取り出して単独で持ち運べます。基本形はスパウト付き自立袋で、外観がすっきりした強度の高い四辺シールを備え、上部にねじ式キャップまたはまっすぐなスパウトを装着できます。必要に応じて漏れ防止バルブをあ付けることもできます。充填後も内袋と外袋の位置がずれないよう、両袋の接合部が強化されており、多層型、小分け型、または再使用可能な液体製品に適しています。

内袋と外袋には、充填内容物に応じて異なるラミネート材を使用できます。食品グレードのPE、PET、ナイロン、アルミ箔などの構造が一般的で、冷蔵・冷凍製品には低温対応PEとナイロンの組み合わせ、酸素バリアと光バリアが重要な场合にはアルミ箔やメタライズ-filamentを使用します。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明で位置合わせの精密な表現を実現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋幅、スパウト径、ポーチ形式はすべて調整可能です。同じ材質のロールフィルムもご用意できます。

これらのポーチは、冷凍飲料、ジュース、ゼリー、乳製品、ソース、家庭用液体製品などに広く使用されており、2種類のフレーバーを組み合わせたパック、サシェットインサート、1回分パックなどにも適しています。

カスタマイズのプロセスは簡単です。無料サンプル袋またはアートワークをお送りください。構造と印刷を確認したうえで、量産前に承認用の無料サンプルを制作します。

広東省東莞を拠点とする当社には、クラス10000のクリーン工場と1～8色対応のグラビア印刷ラインを社内にあり、最小ロットは10,000個で、無料サンプルベースおよびアートワークベースのカスタマイズに対応し、確定したスケジュールどおりの納品を行います。
