製品概要

本スパウト付き自立袋は、シロップ、醤油、調味料などの液体食品を計量充填するために設計されています。袋は三辺シールで形成され、平坦で丈夫なシール端部を形成するため、縦向き・横向き双方の充填に適します。上部には標準ねじ式スパウト、フリップトップ式スパウト、シールリング付きのかん漏水防止スパウトなど、各種のフィットメントを選べます。バルブ、ハンドル、吊り穴はご希望に応じて追加できます。透明なボディで内容物を確認できるほか、ブランドアート用の透明ウィンドウも確保できます。

ポーチは食品グレードのラミネートフィルムから製造されます。製品に応じてPET/PE、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PEなどの構造が選択でき、バリア性能、曲げ耐性、穿刺強度のバランスを図りながら、油ベースおよび塩分を含む液体に適しています。印刷は1〜8色のグラビア印刷で、精细な表現と安定した色調を実現し、全面印刷、部分的な白地、透明ウィンドウにも対応します。標準的な容量は100ml〜5Lで、袋のサイズとスパウト径は図面に合わせて製造でき、同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。

主な用途としては、シロップ、醤油、酢、調味料、果物濃縮液のほか、家庭用および工業用の液体があります。カスタム案件では、既存のサンプル袋またはアートワークをお送りください。素材構造と印刷校正を確認したうえで、量産前に承認用のサンプルを製造します。工場は広東省東莞に位置し、1〜8色印刷に対応したクラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。最小ロットは10,000個で、出荷は合意したマイルストーンに沿って進めます。
