製品概要

このスパウト付きポーチは、飲食店チェーン、調味料ブランドおよび食品加工業者による液体充填に適しています。本体は三面シール構造で、両側と底部に平らで丈夫な熱シールを形成するため、ポーチを安定して自立または平置できます。上部には大口径スパウトを備え、流路内に残留物をため込まず、素早く注出できます。また、ねじ式キャップや液漏れ防止バルブを装着でき、店頭での取出、ライン充填および再封口に対応します。しょうゆ、ソース、食用油など、流動性の高い液体に適しています。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/AL/PEやPET/NY/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネート材で製造され、バリア層とフィルム厚さを製品および採用する滅菌方法に応じて調整することで、耐穿刺性と耐熱性のバランスをとっています。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、細部を鮮明に再現しながら、位置合わせも安定しています。また、お客様のサンプルやアートワークに基づくカスタマイズに対応し、マット仕上げやグロス仕上げも選択可能です。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、スパウト径、ポーチ寸法、シール幅はお客様の要求に応じて設計されます。
