製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、液体および半液体の食品包装用です。ガセットを備えた底部により、充填したポーチが直立し、安定した棚展示が可能となります。本体は四辺シールまたは三辺シール構造です。フィットメントが上部または角部に溶接され、ねじ式キャップ、フリップトップ、一方向バルブのいずれかを装着できるため、ユーザーはポーチから直接飲んだり、再シールしたりできます。フィットメントとフィルム間の強固な熱シールにより、パッケージの耐漏れ性が確保され、連続充填ラインでの使用に適しています。

ポーチはPET/AL/PEやPET/NY/PEなどの食品グレードのラミネートフィルムから製造され、充填内容に適したバリア、遮光、耐熱構造が採用されます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、アートワークの細部が鮮明に再現され、生産ロットごとに一貫した色調が得られます。全面背景、マットまたはグロス仕上げも選択可能です。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径、スパウト位置は、いずれも図面に合わせて調整できます。ポーチと同一素材のロールフィルムも供給可能です。
