製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、大量の液体包装向けに設計されています。自立式の底部により、袋は充填時および店頭ディスプレイ時に自立したままになります。大口径のねじ込み式スパウトと内側のガスケットが紧密にシールされ、漏れ防止バルブや改ざん防止キャップを装着することもできます。スパウトは袋本体に熱シールされ、周囲のシール面は平らで清潔な状態を保ちます。ダイカットハンドルを上部パネルに配置できるため、1ガロンのポーチは店頭でも屋外でも 쉽게持ち運べます。

袋本体は通常PET/PE、PA/PE、またはPET/AL/PEのラミネートフィルムで製造され、酸素バリア、光線遮断、耐落下性のバランスをとっています。内層には食品グレードのPEを使用し、厚度は充填内容に合わせて選択できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により安定した色再現を実現し、マット仕上げ、光沢仕上げ、部分的な仕上げを選択できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、ポーチの寸法、スパウト径、ハンドル形状は調整でき、対応するロールフィルムも選択できます。
