製品概要

このスパウト付きポーチは、小～中量の液体包装向けに設計されており、自立袋、三面シール袋、フラットボトム袋として用意できます。シールは美观で強度が高く、必要に応じて引き裂き用ノッチや吊り穴を付けることもできます。上部にはスクリューキャップ式スパウト、直付けスパウト、またはバルブ付きスパウトが装着されています。スクリューキャップはしっかり密封でき、繰り返し開閉できますが、直付けスパウトは迅速な充填と飲用に適しています。透明フィルムによって内容物が見え、部分的なマット仕上げや無印刷部分にはブランド表示の余地が確保できます。

袋の構造は充填方法と滅菌方法に合わせて選択され、一般的にPET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/PE、またはPET/VMPET/PEのラミネート材に、バリア性、穿刺強度およびシール強度を持たせるための食品グレードの熱封性内層が設けられます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、階調、スポットカラー、細かな線画を安定して再現し、良好な発色性と密着性を実現します。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋幅、高さ、スパウト径、チューブ径はすべて調整可能であり、自動充填ラインに適したロールフィルムもご用意できます。

主な用途として、豆乳、ジュース、ミルクティー、ゼリー飲料、ソース、スープ、液体洗剤があり、レストラン、中央厨房、食品加工メーカー、ECブランドで使用されます。ご注文は簡単で、サンプル袋、アートワーク、または希望サイズをお送りいただければ、構造と印刷仕様を確認し、その上で量産前に承認用サンプルを製造します。広東省東莞市の自社工場では、クラス10000のクリーン工場でフィルム成形、印刷、ラミネート加工、製袋まで行っており、最小ロットは10,000個で、合意した日時に納品します。
