製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、液体洗剤および類似製品向けに設計されています。幅広の底部ガセットにより、充填済みの袋を棚上に自立させ、陳列を美观に保ち、最後のひと滴まで包装物を扱いやすくします。袋本体は四辺すべてを熱シール加工し、圧力や漏れに耐える平坦で丈夫なシールを形成します。上部にはねじ式スパウトを配备し、標準仕様、タンパーエビデンス式、フリップトップ式から選択できます。また、バルブとポンプの組み合わせにも対応可能です。スパウトの位置と口径は、充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。

ポーチは主に乳白色のポリエチレンからなり、内容物に応じて単層フィルムまたは多層複合材として供給されます。酸やアルカリに対する耐性が優れるため、洗剤やクリーナーを使用しても、経年による脆化や液漏れは生じません。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷が可能で、鮮明で位置合わせのよいグラフィックを実現し、ブランドカラー、製品表示、バーコードにも良好なインク接着性を得られます。標準容量は100ml～5Lです。袋サイズ、スパウト径、フィルム厚はお客様の図面に合わせて製造でき、同じ素材の対応ロールフィルムも供給可能です。

主な用途には、洗濯用液体、台所用洗剤、柔軟剤、消毒剤、手洗い用液体、および対象とする化学・農薬関連液体などが含まれます。ご注文は簡単です。サンプルまたは印刷原稿をお送りいただければ、素材、構造、印刷効果を確認し、その後、量産前に校正稿を作成して承認をいただきます。当工場は広東省東莞に所在し、クリーン度クラス10,000のクリーン工場で、吹成、印刷および袋製作を自社で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個です。注文品は合意したスケジュールで出荷します。
