製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、大量の液体を充填する用途向けに設計されています。折り返したガセットを備えた自立袋の底部は、店頭の棚や輸送用クレート内で袋を安定させ、任意のサイドハンドルを採用することで運搬が容易になります。四方熱シールは充填重量に合わせて調整され、安定した耐落下・耐圧性能を確保します。上部にはねじ込み式スパウト、フリップトップ式スパウト、またはバルブ付きの漏洩防止スパウトを取り付けられ、片手で滑らかに注ぐことができます。また、再密封可能なジッパーを追加することもできます。

袋本体は通常、PET/NY/PEまたはフォイルラミネートフィルムで製造され、光・酸素・油に対するバリア性能が必要な内容物に合わせて選定されます。内側には食品グレードおよび化学薬品グレードの内側シール層が採用されます。印刷は1〜8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明なディテールとロット間での一貫した色再現性を実現し、マット、グロスまたはスポットバーニッシュ仕上げに対応します。標準容量は100ml〜5Lで、スパウト径、袋の寸法、ハンドル位置はお客様の充填ラインに合わせて調整でき、対応するラミネートロールフィルムもご用意あります。

これらのポーチは、フロントガラスウォッシャー液、車用尿素、潤滑油、エンジンオイル、クリーナー、消毒剤、ソース、家庭用液体など幅広い用途に採用されており、輸送・保管では硬いドラム缶よりも占有スペースを節約できます。カスタム工程はシンプルで、袋のタイプと容量を確認し、サンプルまたはアートワークを送付、校正を承認したうえで量産注文を発注するだけです。生産は広東省東莞のクラス10000クリーン工場で行われ、合意したスケジュールで出荷されます。
