製品概要

このスポウトポーチは、液体の日常ケア製品用の詰め替え包装として設計されています。標準仕様は、ガセット底または丸底を備えた自立袋で、側辺にはきれいにシール加工が施されています。上部には、注入量を調節できるストレートスポウト、斜めスポウト、またはバルブスポウトを装着できます。また、多量充填用としてハンドル穴または一体型ハンドルを追加できます。構造は、自動充填ラインまたは手作業充填のいずれにも対応できるように調整できます。

ポーチはPET、ナイロン、アルミ箔、PEなどの多層ラミネートフィルムで製造され、内容物の酸性・アルカリ性に応じて内層を選定するため、耐アルカリ性、押し潰し耐性、漏れ防止性を備えています。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施すことができ、クリアな画像レイヤーに対応し、さらにマット、グロス、スポットバーニッシュの仕上げも施せます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋幅、スパウト径、フィルム厚、シール幅は、いずれもご注文に応じて設定できます。同じ素材のロールフィルムもご用意可能です。

主な用途には、洗剤、柔軟剤、ボディウォッシュ、消毒剤、食器用洗剤、パーソナルケア液体のリフィルパックが含まれます。カスタム生産では、構造を確認するため、まずお客様のサンプルまたは印刷データを使用し、その後に色確認用の校正刷りを作成して量産に入ります。中国広東省東莞の工場では、クラス10000のクリーン工場を運営し、印刷、ラミネートおよび袋製造を自社で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、合意したスケジュールどおりに納品します。
