製品概要
ポーチの上部にはキャリーループが设置されています。満杯の袋でも持ち上げやすく、ポーチを吊り掛けることもできます。そのため、給乳時に袋へ手を添える必要がなく、給乳担当者は両手で子牛を安定させられます。これにより、1～2名で迅速に1回分の給乳を終えることができます。ポーチに接続した給乳チューブは子牛の口元まで直接届き、流量はチューブの開度と作業者による調節で管理されるため、こぼれや廃棄を抑えられます。
ポーチは白色の不透明ラミネート構造で製造され、初乳の有効成分に到達する光量を抑えます。充填後の初乳は冷蔵保管され、ポーチは低温下でも硬化せず柔軟性を保ち、凍結・融解後も扱い/testingやすくなっています。ポーチ表面には牧場名、ロット番号、日付を印刷でき、現場でのロット管理と先入先出を行いやすくなります。
容量、チューブ長、コネクターの種類は牧場の給乳方法に合わせて設定し、アートワークは顧客の詳細情報を基に作成します。初乳は衛生管理とシールに高い要求が求められるため、まず充填・滅菌の設備構成を確認することが推奨されます。そのうえで充填試験と冷蔵試験を実施し、低温条件下でポーチとチューブの接合部のシールを検証します。最小ロットとリードタイムは最終仕様に応じて設定します。
