製品概要
底部は両側折り込みのガセット構造です。充填すると、両側から折り込まれていたガセットが開き、ほぼ正方形の底面となるため、3Lのポーチは安定して自立し、積み重ねても倒れにくくなります。取出部にバタフライバルブを备えているため、押すと液体が流れ出し、離すと停止します。ポーチを傾ける必要はなく、残った液体の入ったポーチも引き続き自立できます。
パネルは全面印刷に対応しており、前面にラベル貼付用の明確な領域を確保した印刷や、ブランドアートの直接印刷が可能です。また、お客様が独自のラベルを貼付したり、外観を差別化したりすることを目的として、大理石調パターンなどの装飾的なデザインに白地の無印刷領域を設けることもできます。フォイルまたはメタライズ加工の高バリアラミネートも利用でき、光や酸素に敏感なワインやジュースなどの液体に、遮光性と保存期間延長が図れます。
容量、ポーチ寸法、バルブ径、フィルム構成は、いずれも充填ラインに合わせて設定し、印刷版はアートワークが承認された後に制作します。量産前に目標容量での自立安定性、バルブのシール性および耐落下性能を確認するため、まず充填済みサンプルを試すことを推奨します。最小ロットとリードタイムは、最終仕様に応じて設定します。
