Product Overview
These 2kg foil and metallized pouches for health supplements are configured with a one-way exhaust valve. Common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination).
The material can be selected as an aluminum foil structure or metallized structure according to supplement form and packaging requirements. The one-way exhaust valve is designed to release accumulated internal gas and reduce outside air backflow into the pouch; materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and origin in Dongguan, Guangdong.
The factory offers sample or artwork-based proofing, custom sizes and layouts per customer requirements, and proofing confirmation combined with the one-way valve configuration, suitable for custom production of 2kg health supplement packaging.
