This product is a 2L liquid pouch bag for sauces, featuring a four-side seal with spout structure: the pouch body is heat-sealed on four sides with a spout on the pouch surface for filling, pouring, and resealing of sauce-type liquids. Common composite materials can be selected according to sauce characteristics, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The specification is 2L, with a composite thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing, supporting artwork and text printing according to customer layout requirements; dimensions and layout can be customized to customer requirements for sauce-type liquid flexible packaging.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → pouch making → heat sealing, with the four-side seal with spout structure completed during pouch making and heat sealing. The workshop is a Class 10,000 cleanroom, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
Customization supports sample/image proofing and custom dimensions and layout according to customer requirements. Common materials and thicknesses can be selected based on actual sauce packaging needs; printing colors, pouch structure, and spout configuration are confirmed according to this four-side seal with spout product solution.
