Product Overview
This product is a pure aluminium structure foil/metallized pouch for 100g solid beverage packaging. Compared with standard metallized structures of the same size and use, its key differentiation is the pure aluminium structure design, available in AL-containing laminates such as PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE, meeting material combination and layout presentation needs for solid beverage powder packaging.
Common laminate materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; multi-layer laminate thickness is 15–25 silk. The structure and thickness can be selected according to the size and layout requirements for 100g solid beverages.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, completed in a 10000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
This product is suitable for flexible packaging needs of 100g solid beverages. The factory supports sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, with a MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
