Product Overview
This 500g pet food foil/metallized pouch features a zipper as its key variant. Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite); the structure can be selected according to packaging requirements.
Printing and pouch-making follow the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → pouch making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. Production is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong; food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include sampling from customer samples/artwork and customizing dimensions and artwork as requested, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. The product is specified at 500g for pet food use, and the zipper variant clearly differentiates it from same-specification, same-use products without a zipper.
This foil/metallized pouch is suitable for pet food packaging, with material combinations, print colors and zipper configuration confirmed according to customer requirements. Before ordering, samples or artwork can be used to confirm the composite structure and printing details.
