Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing is 1–8 color gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The product is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing and custom size and layout according to customer requirements.
