These are 2L syrup liquid pouch bags with a three-side seal, no-spout structure, a core feature that distinguishes them from same-size, same-use liquid pouches with spouts or other seal formats. Available composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and sizes and artwork can be customized for syrup packaging. The three-side seal, no-spout format is formed through heat-sealed bag making and is suitable for 2L syrup liquid packaging.
Customization services include proofing from customer samples or drawings, as well as custom sizes and artwork. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can select composite materials and thickness based on the actual syrup product, filling method, and outer packaging requirements, with final specifications subject to confirmed samples, materials, sizes, and printed artwork.
