Product Overview
This 5kg pet food pouch is a foil & metallized pouch built around a metallized structure. Listed structures include PET/VMPET/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; within the foil & metallized pouch range, other listed composite options include PET/AL/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, and kraft paper/PE. The pouch uses 150–250 µm multilayer lamination and is customized for the 5kg pet food packaging specification.
Production follows gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing is available in 1–8 color gravure printing. The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10,000 cleanroom.
The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory can provide sample/image-based proofing and can customize size and layout according to customer requirements. This product is positioned for 5kg pet food packaging and suits customers who need a clearly defined metallized structure variant.
For selection, to distinguish it from same-size, same-use pouches with other technical variants, specify VMPET-containing metallized structures such as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The customization flow can be summarized as: sample/image → proofing → size and layout confirmation → production.
