Product Overview
This product is a 25L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for egg liquid, featuring a butterfly valve as its core configuration. The butterfly valve is the main distinguishing feature from same-capacity, same-application products with other valve types, supporting the intended dispensing configuration within a bag-in-box structure; specific valve fitting and use conditions can be discussed according to customer requirements.
Common laminated structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with multilayer composite thickness of 15–25 silk. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom, with the process flow: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
We support sample/image proofing and customization of dimensions and layout according to customer requirements. The product is suitable for 25L egg liquid bag-in-box packaging and can be configured with the butterfly valve variant.
