Product Overview
This pouch is made for feeding colostrum to newborn calves on dairy farms. A top loop lets the filled pouch hang from a rail or gate, and a delivery tube carries the colostrum down to the calf so it can feed at its own pace without the operator holding the bag.
The body is a food-grade laminated film that withstands the filling and cleaning routine on farm: the inner layer is a heat-seal layer that keeps the pouch leak-free, and the laminate gives the pouch enough stiffness to hold its shape while hanging. The delivery tube and the pouch mouth are sized to the tube and the volume you use, so the flow rate suits the feeding routine.
As a custom liquid pouch supplier we make the pouch to your litre size and tube length, and can print the farm or brand information in 1–8 colours. Production runs at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility, and samples can be supplied before you commit to a batch.
