Shuangxing New Material Obtains Patent for a Composite Aluminum Foil Film and Its Preparation Method
According to Tianyancha APP, Shuangxing New Material has newly obtained an invention patent authorization, titled "A Composite Aluminum Foil Film and Its Preparation Method," with patent application number CN202311768687.9 and authorization date August 7, 2026.
Patent abstract: The invention discloses a composite aluminum foil film, composed of a substrate layer and metal aluminum foil adhered to both sides of the substrate layer, wherein the metal aluminum foil is formed by rolling and stretching metal aluminum foil of a first thickness of 5~15μm on both sides of the substrate layer into metal aluminum foil of a second thickness of 3~8μm, a layer of rolling protective film is attached to the outer side of the metal aluminum foil, and holes at corresponding positions are evenly distributed on the metal aluminum foil and the rolling protective film. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the above composite aluminum foil film. The composite aluminum foil film of the invention uses metal aluminum foil of the first thickness as the initial raw material, and after bonding and laminating it with the substrate layer, performs a rolling and stretching operation to convert it into the second thickness, after which no further lamination operation is required.
