Common composite materials can be selected according to the contents and packaging requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the multi-layer composite thickness is 15–25 silk.
Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10000-class clean workshop. The double zipper structure is matched with bag style, size, and heat-sealing parameters for packaging 2kg nut products.
