Product Overview
Structure and materials: This 1kg coffee bean foil and metallized pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination). Aluminum foil or metallized options can be selected according to coffee bean packaging needs.
Valve and use: This product is equipped with a one-way valve and is designed for 1kg coffee bean packaging, supporting gas release management after coffee beans are packed. It clearly differentiates from same-spec, same-use pouches without a valve.
Process and production: The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. Origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, and the workshop is a 10000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization and service: MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and customizes sizes and artwork according to customer requirements, suitable for 1kg coffee bean foil and metallized pouch specification and design customization.
